Oakville Rainbow Gallery Rental space

Rainbow Studio opened its doors in 2018 and has been actively engaging with the Oakville community since then. We have become a vibrant hub for local residents, fostering communication and becoming a favored destination for many. Our gallery attracts a diverse audience, ranging from art enthusiasts to young children, all eager to explore and learn more about local artists and their works. We look forward to continuing to serve as a focal point for those interested in the world of art in Oakville.

- Solo/Small Group Art Exhibits -

1week rental space fee = $80
Minimum 4weeks $ 320+tax
Maximun 8weeks

We have the capacity to exhibit paintings from a total of 18 artists, with a maximum width of 20 inches.

- 2023 Rental space for the activities or Art classes-

1 hour = $ 50+tax
Any activity for party or events

• Applications open 2023
You are invited to submit an application to exhibit your art for a solo/DUO, group exhibit
in Oakville Rainbow Gallery & studio(ORGS).

Who is Eligible?

Must be Canadian Local (Toronto, Mississuga, Oakville, Oakville, Hamilton) artists ,
must be in good standing at the time of the show.

What Do you Need to Enter?

• Please send me 10 artworks's picture
1 jpeg image of artwork; must be no larger than 500 MB; each file must be labeled in the following format:
Last Name_Title_Medium_Dimensions (H”xW”)
• Art work must not be larger than 30” x 48”.
• All artwork must be original. All artistic source material e.g. photographs used for inspiration or reference,
must be copyright free or used with permission from the copyright holder.
• Artist info form and statement

What Happens During the Show?

• All work must be professionally presented according to Rainbow studio Gallery exhibit standards including proper wiring, labelling and framing (e.g. dry, scratch free, frames, finished edges, cradle panels etc.). SEE APPENDIX to link on how to frame.

• Exhibitors are in charge of the managing the details of selling their art work and forwarding the appropriate commission vis a vis the venue to the Rainbow studio Gallery.

• Work hung in the show must remain until the closing date. Alternatively, the artist must provide a replacement for any sold pieces for the duration of the exhibit.

•Rainbow studio Gallery is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibited art.

• Venue management has the right to exclude any piece which they find inappropriate for their patrons
