Artist Statement |
I have always worked with nature as my theme, aiming to capture in my artwork the infinite and vibrant energy that emanates from nature in my artwork. The various energies of nature on the paper, like waltz of spring, form rhythmic lines and harmonious colors, expressing positive and joyful images. I wanted to convey the serene and static moments of nature, a winter night- where, though time seems frozen, nature continually generates energy on my upcoming show. There is tranquility in the anticipation of a reawakening, akin to waiting for the arrival of spring .I hope that those who view my prints will also experience the serene warmth and calm of winter. I wanted to show layering of multiple colors and surfaces, reproducing the natural patterns. |
